Working Sessions have been added to our Regional Trainings where you can get help from a Foundant team member to apply what you’ve learned during a session directly in your site. 

Virtual Workshops are a new option for getting up to speed on new features and functionality. Workshops offer you the opportunity to work in smaller groups alongside Foundant staff to apply new features and functionality to your site while learning how your peers are tackling similar challenges. We recently launched our enhanced Portal, designed to improve the way stakeholders, including Fund Advisors, interact with your organization. With a focus on user experience and security, the Portal makes it easier for you to manage recurring donations and grants, pay invoices, and receive pledge payments online.

The updated applicant experience is designed to help applicants navigate their grant/scholarship journey with ease. This enhancement directly incorporates over 10 ideas from the Idea Lab, streamlining the process to reduce confusion, surface the correct next steps, and speed up form completion.

The Giving Hub is where your community can donate to any fund you make publicly available. Think of this as your “store front” for fundraising. Just choose the funds you want publicly accessible, and the Giving Hub will wrap it all up with your organization’s branding, making it easier to donate to the causes your donors care about.

The redesigned Organization Summary brings a fresh, modern experience to the core of the grant management workflow. This update consolidates critical organization-level data—previously scattered across several different pages—into a single, streamlined view.

Donations: When you record a donation, the system shows you all related campaigns or fundraising opportunities. This makes it easier for your team to track donations – ensuring they are attributed to the correct donor and events. 

Tickets: Attendees can now purchase multiple tickets for an event in a single transaction and add an optional donation during the process. 

Campaign Profile Management: You can add more information to each person’s profile, perform bulk actions like turning guests into profiles, removing people from a list, and/or quickly mark their RSVP yes/no and attendance status.  

Ticket Reporting: Your ticket report has been improved with expanded capabilities. You can now easily add filters and additional columns. You also have the option to bulk resend the guest link and include the ticket purchase date in your exported reports.  

Auctions: The system now tracks revenue in two separate accounts: one for donations that ARE tax deductible and one for those that ARE NOT. There’s also an option to import auction information which can save you time and effort. 

Type: We’ve also added a Fundraising campaign type in CSuite. This option allows users to create campaigns that do not require tickets, while still accepting donations. This is ideal for organizations looking to fundraise without hosting a ticketed event. It enables easy tracking of income and expenses associated with the campaign, making it perfect for general fundraising efforts, donation drives, or cause-based initiatives.
